As a business owner, therapist, and supervisor, I know the value of high quality training and guidance.  I wouldn't be where or who I am today without it!  Whether you're facing a personal or professional issue, I'm dedicated to helping my clients, students, and other professionals develop the necessary skills to excel both professionally and personally.

My clinical expertise includes mental health crisis assessment and response, trauma informed care, couples therapy, and sex therapy.  I have served as both a guest speaker and guest writer for a variety of organizations covering topics including relationships and dating, sexual functioning and desire, stress and burnout management, shame, interpersonal boundaries and expectations, and suicide.  My audiences have included educators, business owners and managers, and other therapists. 

In addition to my clinical interests, I am also interested in helping business owners, managers, and leaders develop evidence-based management skills. As an expert in human behavior and systemic functioning, my goal is to bring a nuanced perspective to the complex task of balancing business interests with the inherent messiness of human behavior and development. As a trainer, my focus is on helping other professionals gain a deeper understanding of the realities of human functioning, while focusing on actionable skills that increase human performance and facilitate long term growth and development. 

My presentations combine knowledge from interpersonal neurobiology with systemic theories of human relationships to offer participants a new perspective on common management issues. Grounded firmly in professional integrity and ethical decision making, I seek to support other professionals in developing advanced management skills they may not have had access to elsewhere.  Previous presentations have covered a variety of topics including personnel development and management, managing gen z employees, and addressing employee mental health concerns in the workplace.
